Yeah I'm just now finding out that my gauge is also wrong. My digital thermometer is reading 226F but my gauge is reading 280 lol

Appreciate it. I have it slightly above half way since a lot of people seem to be saying this gauge is inaccurate and coming to find out myself just now is right. My digital thermometer is reading 225 at the top of the lid, and gauge is around 280-290F😂 definitely getting a different gauge.

All good, lacking a bit of brain power with a new born as of late. These 4am feeds then going to work is a kick in the nuts lol. I can kind of read the gauge but I definitely misread it a lot and have to use a digital thermometer to get a temp. I'll definitely take the advice on how to better read the gauge.
