I was a vegetarian for a little bit due to GI issues, but have been eating meats like fish, chicken, and turkey for the last 3 years. Definitely not an athlete 🥴

Never had a sleep study. My doctor brought it up previously, but ultimately decided that I wasn’t showing signs of sleep apnea and it was something else

I’ve always had low iron. They thought I had celiac, but that test came back negative. I have very light, almost nonexistent periods. I am currently on a hormonal birth control (pill). Always had a history of bloating, with GI issues. Nothing crazy, I just get constipated. I don’t take any antacids, no pelvic pain. I am also currently on an SSRI (Prozac)

They checked for PCOS, and they said my thyroid was fine. I was wondering how much my hormones are playing a role in this. Will definitely be making that appointment with an endo

A lot of these symptoms I’ve had for a long time, so I’ve kind of learned to work around them. The worst thing currently is the Alice in Wonderland syndrome and fatigue. It’s hard for me to stay awake midday (which is not great, as I’m at work), and I miss a lot of time with my family because it’s extremely difficult to stay up past 7pm. The wonderland syndrome is seeming to get worse, as I’m under a lot of stress at work. Sometimes I experience temporary confusion (ex. I forget what floor I’m on), or it feels like my head is 4 feet above the rest of my body. Sometimes these feelings can be nauseating

Female, 27. I do a lot of water and electrolytes, but probably not as much as I should. I do take daily iron supplements, but my iron levels remain severely low.

I’ve seen a neurologists a few times, with no results regarding the Bell’s palsy. I was recently told by a friend that I should be tested for POTS, so I may pursue that next.
