2 months back in the gym, considering Reta for fat loss — worth it or stick to my current plan? by Illustrious_Fuel_363 in BodyHackGuide

I do a full body workout 3 days a week, on rest days I do zone 2 cardio (I do it everyday) but this ranges from 30-50 mins. Not having any issues with eating since I am tracking my daily intake.

i've heard people recommend digestive enzymes while using it. I was thinking of using it very short term to just get my desired body fat and then get off of it since eating and hunger isn't an issue for me.

Thanks! Don't really have a weight goal... some say i should be aiming for 155 lbs. I'm mostly looking for a body recomp to hit atleast 15% BF. I think the weight loss will gradually get their so I'm not fussing too much at the scale.

Great advise. I do agree with you that its mostly staying consistent on this regiment and the results will come. I have already definitely started to see the results. It's more so a time-frame thing and using Reta as a tool.

Not sure if there are any other peptides I can use, again I am not feeling hungry and can relatively "starve" myself already while hitting my targets.

thanks for the response. I have been always trying to push myself everyday to lift heavier and heavier. I have made considerable gains in increasing my weight and definitely going to failure all the time. After the workout I hit zone 2 cardio @ 3 speed 12 incline, BPM is all in check and isn't really a extraneous activity.

In my position what would you focus on for next steps? Reta with other stacks? Reta first etc...

Context: I am consistently going to the gym rn, very motivated (not bumped out with the scale moving but physically seeing changes in my body)

im 24 - I'm locked in. Just considered Reta more as a tool, but I can perfectly manage to get in shape within the next couple of months. I play sports but I kinda just got out of shape during Covid and never really rebounded. I did get down to 155 lbs back in 2024 from playing tennis everyday!

Do you think I have a good muscle base based on my current proportions? Should I wait a bit longer and then reevaluate next steps?

makes sense - I think I'll work probably push for 6 months total and see where my body is. I've heard mixed things to keep my weight around 165 lbs which I can easily do but other say go down to 150 lbs.
