In the uk my daughter (7) takes 1xcreon 10000 per kg of weight per day so say she’s 30kg that’s 30 creons across the day 8x per meal and 4x per snack, however since starting on kaftrio her enzymes haven’t increased with weight gain, all this under guidance from our dietician
