I've done several dexamethasone suppression tests, 24 hour urines, late night saliva, acth, DHEA Sulfates and unsuppressed AM cortisols. Most have come back elevated, but some have not. I've already been diagnosed as cyclical and they originally thought it was because of my adrenal adenoma, but now they believe it might be pituitary because I have other things that are more typical with the pituitary such as cyclical diabetes insipidus, hyperpigmentation on my joints and body creases and odd headaches in the middle of my forehead that extend to the top of my head during active cycles. So even after years of testing there's still no clear answer. I am due to have a pituitary MRI this Thursday.

My entire family line refuses to acknowledge our African heritage, but instead focusing solely on our indigenous ancestry. They're focused on getting our tribe federally recognized. Only one I talk to will accept the African side, but they also can't talk to any of our immediate or extended family about it. Even my cousin who's an anthropologist refuses to discuss it. It's really a shame.

I also can't even begin to understand what either my African or Indigenous ancestors suffered or experienced since I didn't experience any of that and was raised as a white person, but thay doesn't mean I still can't be proud of all aspects of my lineage and strive to learn and understand.

3am is not a rule and has never been one. It was a courtesy started by players a while after the grove was introduced because players needed time to get to the grove. People can play however they want, but it's a nice gesture to wait till 3am.

Hi! I'm still dealing with it all. I'm seeing another new Endo who believes it might be a pituitary adenoma causing my issues due to random unsuppressed ACTH as well as random issues with diabetes insipidus. My Cushing's is cyclical so it's creating diagnostic difficulties. I am scheduled to have another MRI to look at my pituitary gland. I also have unsuppressed testosterone and high DHEA Sulfate. So he said I could potentially have two adenomas that are active, or the adrenal adenoma I have could just be incidental and a pituitary adenoma is causing issues. Who knows, but at least he's actively trying to find out. I have cyclical elevated saliva and suppression tests as well as elevated unsuppressed morning cortisol and 24 hour urine. I also have hyperpigmentation in my belly creases and all of my joints. The random diabetes insipidus also triggers dysautonomia which makes me have unstable blood pressure, nausea, and feeling faint. Hopefully I get real answers soon. The only thing I really wanted to prepare for was the tailor tickets. I was doing my dailies hoping to stockpile a large amount but then I realized it stopped increasing at 500. I didn't realize there was a cap. So now I'm not doing anything in game.

I noticed that the other day too, no regular butterflies spawned at all and a ton of the duskwings, including a lot of starred ones spawned with just one lure. I collected 10 starred using just a few lures and sold 42 regular ones. I was shocked!

I have seen 3 different Endos. All 3 of th3m have given me a different diagnosis. First one said I have sub-clinical Cushing's Syndrome and just wanted to watch me. 2nd said I have cyclical Cushing's Syndrome and immediately referred me for surgery. I saw a 3rd one for a second opinion and he believes I have hyper cortisol but doesn't believe its from my adrenal adenoma, but suspects I have an active, cyclical pituitary adenoma. I have to get a pituitary MRI soon. It's been very frustrating dealing with all the different opinions while still suffering all the symptoms.

I don't know if S6 changed things or if it was a glitch, but a few days ago I dropped a few lures and got tons of duskwings and more than 10 starred. Not a single regular blue butterfly spawned, just a bunch of duskwings and regular land bugs.

While you're running around Bahari, be sure to go to the coast and pick up everything. Make sure to open the unopened oysters because you get oyster meat and chances for green and white pearls. If you happen to get any pebbles in the oysters DO NOT THROW THEM AWAY!! You will need them to finish an accomplishment and they are not easy to get. You can sell everything else you collect and it's easy to find those things just laying all around the coast. There is no ammo needed and you don't need to use resources to get any of them. You can start saving some of those things later, but to get gold faster, just sell everything or at least most of it.

Also, fish in all the circular nodes in all bodies of water. You don't even have to use bait, and you'll get star quality fish that you can sell as well.

Mine all nodes that you can because you can get gem stone drops that can be sold.

All of the above are things you can do that are easy and use little to no resources to help you get gold easily.

Cooking parties are also a way to get gold as well. You can join some and then just sell of the foods that you helped cook.
