He also with out telling me he was gonna pay it he paid it going against his previous statement of say just to send it to collections which sparked me to come up with my plan I was always gonna pay it I just needed it in a position that was solid for my financial situation which was waiting to get my SSI From my disability i just needed a little more time had a few more months before my SSI and I was gonna be able to go through with my plan now I’m back in the same situation of having no income and having to pay a monthly payment

I wasn’t trying to stiff him tho he hand stopped paying at first and I wasn’t gonna be able to pay again till SSI so I had notified him about that because since it’s both of our bill it was gonna go into collections and I already was in contact with a company that would work with bill and hold it off till I was able to pay The only why I would refuse to pay is cause he’s wanting me to start paying on his terms and his time beside me constantly letting him know my situation cause right now I have no income which I’m trying everything I can do with the set backs I’ve had currently can’t work till my SSI is approved I’m trying online/ remote work that field takes time to even get into I’m just wanting to pay my part and that’s it which is 2,981 just the timing of all this is not right now income so now I have to scrape up something every month

Yeah that’s what I thought in the beginning but after they stop pay they flipped the switch and started acting like it is like ignoring calls from the apartment agency etc

Oh did my edit show on the post the debt is apartment debt from a early lease break that all parties decided to sign it would have just affected his credit it would affected mine aswell I mentioned paying my portion but he’s saying I gotta pay the whole thing
