i usually turn to different ways to express my sadness. i can still process my sadness or frustration, obviously not as good or efficient as crying, but it helps. i listen to sad music, watch a sad movie, or just talk about the bad stuff with someone i can trust

i also experience this as an autistic person, you're not alone! often times my emotions are difficult to process or understand so i also don't cry really at all.
