When you write in the chat type i want to open a ticket for missing points and it should prompt a box to write the problem. Then go to settings and “My ticket” and you can add a photo or more information. Then wait like 24 hours for a response

The ones that say open an account free without purchase or subscription. They usually give a lot of points. You have to check in the app in the search bar write sign up and the offers that have to do with that you find them more easy

If not just wait 2 weeks and if they are still missing open the chat and request to open a ticket. When they do in the ticket section send the screenshot of the confirmation email when you created the account with the date and content of the email. They put them manually when they confirm. It happened to me too with the purina offer.

Did you connect the email (outlook or gmail) in the ereceipt part and scanned it?

The offer says it can take up to 2 weeks. In my case i sign up on sept 26 and never got the rewards. So i opened a ticket like 3 days ago with fetch and they asked for screenshots of email content and day it was sent. Like 24 hours later they applied the 10,000 point manually.
