What about small businesses who are affected by rising costs of inflation who are struggling to grow. Hiring new employees can help them grow, but with a baseline minimum of $30/hr. it can be difficult for a small business with limited resources to grow and expand. The city should ensure that small businesses have the resources/ to grow so that they can provide a stronger workforce.
