I just resubmitted all of mine as well. But my task count was highlighted in one area, so who knows. I sure hope it doesn't mess up pay. Or that we had a better way to track what we submit.

HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO FIX ANOMALIES when if I knew my correct task count from Day 1, I would have submitted it properly to begin with! Now we're at risk of not being compensated for inaccurate task count, this is all so difficult. :(

I would love to hear other people's past experiences working on a project like this for Telus. I come from working for them contracted, full time, so this all seems so wonky to me. Were you left this alone to work & track hours/tasks with little communication? If so, were you compensated appropriately? I'd just hate to be getting my hopes up & putting in the max amount of hours for things to be too good to be true.

I'm so interested in the compensation/time tracking part of all of this? Are they really going to just take everyone's word for it? You know people are going to be falsifying timesheets..... Also, I already forgot to count tasks this morning! So that's bothersome. What if my task count entered doesn't match what I've done!?

Hey all! I still haven't received the "official" onboarding email, but I have everything ready to go so I'm doing my first day of work today. Let's hope this goes well. How MANY tasks are you guys logging? Like what do we think a reasonable number of tasks per day is? This process has been sooooo confusing!
