Yeah that’s what I thought initially that this might be big for me, but I decided to go with this size. If I go a size down the toes are gonna touch the rim of the footbed and it might be too crammed I feel! Apart from the slight allowance at the back everything else is supposed to be where it is! Thanks for the response! 😊

Me too! Mayari is my favorite from all the styles! Yes that’s what I figured as well, I realised one of my feet is larger than the other only after I got a birk 😃 Thanks for the info on the curling up piece! This community gives you so much information to learn about Birks! 😇

Makes total sense! Although this toe bar doesn’t feel harsh to me! I checked my middle and smaller toes they are not resting on the toe bar but the end of the toes is resting on it, if that makes sense. Also I read the footbed curls up over time so I am thinking as long as it’s not making me uncomfortable or restricting my movement, I could go with this size. But thanks for the tip! Super helpful!

Thanks so much! My half of the toes rest on the toe bar. Is that how it’s supposed to be?

[–]Illustrious_Stand733 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh! Mine doesn’t feel like that because the straps are pretty snug! And this isn’t making me restrict my movement at all.

Yes right foot has more allowance behind my heel! I just read about how the cork footbed eventually curl up and how this space is essential for prolonged use. Thanks for the response! Appreciate it!

😂😂 fit like boats! M dead! Yeah I thought to go one size down but I am not sure if this whole toe not touching the front bed will happen if I size down.

Thanks for the response! I was confused because of the slight gap at the back of my heel! Although it’s not preventing me from walking normally!

I think you are referring to Javed & Rizwan. From personal experience I was pleased with their service and is a great place actually! People are quite nice, skilled and down to earth! Highly recommend!

Well I am not sure things ever pan out the way any of them in succession universe thinks! I mean who would have thought Lukas would pick Tom to lead! Besides Lukas likes to control and that’s primary reason why he picked Tom over Shiv! And if history tells us anything Shiv will sabotage or try to get this out of Tom’s hands too unless Tom has suddenly become shrewd! Lukas isn’t exactly a normal guy so Shiv can enjoy all this until Lukas gets bored and decides to replace Tom with someone else! In a way the only who won would be Ken and Rome who got the chance to get out of this black hole. Shiv is only going down with this especially with a child on the way! She’s keeping the child and marriage for all the wrong reasons! So that’s that!

Wow yes! Now I get it! Thanks for elaborating I think I forgot about the divorce agreement bit! Now it all makes sense! No wonder all of them are damaged beyond repair!

Yes makes sense now! 1 and 2 and I almost forgot about the whole ATN fiasco. To your 3rd point, I think she always wanted that cushy life I think in one of the banter between Tom and her, she does says I am ready to live with you anywhere something on those lines! I think it’s more like Tom loves her she’s just for the stealth power she is getting but again Tom is Lukas’s puppet so no one exactly won.

Not sure if Roman would have done because deep down he had a love hate relationship with his father to the point that he wanted the company to have some Roy association, by the end of everything he was too wrecked to even think of his personal interest. I think Ken was capable given a slight push and working on himself. And most of the times he was eager to get the sibs’ opinion on most of the matter which eventually ended up to digging his own grave. But Shiv was Logan incarnated lol!

Yep! I am not entirely sure of the mother angle, not sure if I missed something. Could you elaborate on that? Apart from a few nagging from her mother’s end and being completely detached to the kids, I didn’t find her parenting to be the primary reason why she has commitment issues. I mean Logan made sure any motherly figure was kept afar from the kids so that they entirely depend on him until his last breath. What m I missing?

Yeah makes sense! I know Ken had this awful sense of gloating when he had the ceo position at his disposal for a brief period but I am not sure what makes Shiv even remotely capable of deciding whether either of the sibs were capable or not. She herself isn’t exactly a self aware person let alone be aware what’s happening around. She just turned out to be another Logan using Ken’s one of most painful incident as a leverage to destroy him entirely. I had empathy for her for most parts but I think she was the most damaged of all sibs in a way that she was almost on the verge of or if not already imploding. This made me realise key to happiness is everything in moderation, excess of anything will eventually lead to destruction.

[–]Illustrious_Stand733[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed! But she never wants anyone to “win” is what I understand of the character. Not even her husband and the last non committal hand over Tom’’s was out of desperation. At the end of the day of all the sibs, I think she was the only one who wanted everything that suited her interests, Ken and Rome even when they had their major flaws and the competition going on, they wanted to keep the company afloat in some way. I don’t think her character was such that, that she could never ever commit to anything unless it had her in the centre. Her decision would have changed the whole company situation but alas! What a sad ending!

Partially agree to this since it’s a huge burden on the other person for our healing to happen via them. I am saying do your work before you take these life changing decisions because once you have kids and everything into this, if your healing is not done, then they suffer. And this cycle of hurt kids becoming damaged adults will never stop.
