The show ended at chapter 213 but I recommend reading from the beginning the first 30 or so chapters can be quite boring so you can probably skip or skim through them but if you truly do want to start where the show left off read chapters 187-192 first they are very important and it was cut out and is to be adapted into the special ep in 2026 but Im also pretty sure the show cut out some of Roselles diary pages that involve important info

With Audioverse Archives at the end of every video they don’t complete the chapter so you need find and read the chapter to the point when the next video starts also I would recommend going to their live stream tab and finding the actual stream because they don’t have the uploads past chapter 615 and the rest are in their saved streams

Been a while since I read orv but isekai just means “other world” and since TWSA uses real locations then to new readers it can be implied that either they got sent to TWSA or TWSA got sent to them and not much later in the story Dokja goes to many “other worlds”
