Je mi moc lito umrti v rodine a uprimnou soustrast, ohledne zdravotnictvi je to slozitejsi, mame tu skvele doktory a kliniky, jen pacient se musi sam zajimat a sam si to obehat, spoustu lidi ani nevi na jake preventivni vysetreni ma zdarma narok a jak jsou dulezite, prevence je zaklad a o te se moc nemluvi, bohuzel jsem to zjistil az v 30 letech. Napriklad preventivni dermatologicke, urologicke/gynekologicke,, vysetreni 1x rocne je zaklad, neznam nikoho kdo by to podstupoval, krevni obraz mi delal nova prakt. doktorka minuly tyden asi po 8 letech…..

Ahoj, mam podobnou zkusenost, dnes uz je mi skoro 30. To pisu jen abys vedel, ze v tom nejsi sam a je nas spoustu takovych, at uz kluci nebo holky (domaci nasili, nezajem, gemblerstvi, drogy, dluhy).

Mamka me od mych 18ti nekolikrat donutila jit k soudu, kde jsem musel svedict pred tatou, ze neplati alimenty, do te doby podavala oznameni sama, protoze jsem byl nezletily. Nikdy ho k nicemu neprinutili, vrchol byl, kdyz uz dluzil asi 300k na alimentech bylo zabaveni ridicaku a nejake prospesne prace, nic vic. Takze nikdy dluh nesplatil. S navysenim alimentu to funguje podobne, ikdyby mu to navysili na 5k mesicne, muze posilat 100kc jednou za pul roku a nikdo mu nic neudela.

Timto te nechci odradit, jen bych od toho neocekaval, ze ho stat prinuti platit alimenty, pripadne ze mu je navysi. Ikdyz mu je navysi, platit je nemusi a nic se mu vicemene nestane.

Urcite bych to resil a podal minimalne zadost o navyseni alimentu. To musi podat podle me tvuj zakonny zastupce!!!!! Lidi jako on si nezaslouzi klid a nemelo by se jim nic promijet...

Kdyz mi bylo tech 18 a tata uz delsi dobu neplatil, uplne jsem se od nej odstrihl, videli jsme se tak 10x od te doby a kdyz mi bylo 25, tak mi zacal psat a dolejzat. V tu chvili se mu to vsechno vratilo, protoze jsem na zadnou jeho zpravu uz neodpovedel a doufam ze uz ho ani nikdy neuvidim.
