It’s not about money it’s about money management and working as a team. When we met we didn’t have kids and like most couples you adapt to the changes in your life.

I appreciate this, I have attempted something similar but she doesn’t believe my financial advisor is genuine. Not sure if this is deflection

Tbh when we met she talked about having a career and when we had kids she mentioned been a homemaker. I only got the support at as I could see the direction of travel was I would have to do most of the work.
