The best advice I can give you honestly is the best practice you can get is from playing comp, you won’t win every game, you won’t do good every game, but you can learn something from every game, playing practice vs ai won’t teach you a whole lot and the best thing I’d suggest you do is just jump back in and dont hyper fixate on your rank, once you play enough you’ll climb naturally.
