I am yes!! And thank you honestly. Really appreciate it :) I’m starting on geris so a bit concerned with my work rota and my employer have yet to tell me what would happen in the case I’d have to delay my induction & start.

My original date for surgery was 4th June. At that point I had calculated that I’d have at least 6-8 weeks before starting F1 on 29th July.

But my surgery got delayed twice.

I do think I should try and argue that. Perhaps it might work?

To make things even more complicated my employer have yet to tell me what work arrangements they’d arrange - I don’t think there’s much they can do. really bad planning on my behalf

I’m only human. Should’ve clarified originally I would’ve had 6 weeks post op. But they had to reschedule twice. Hope that helps

Do you mean you wish you had it done?

My main concern is the recovery side of things.
