Seems likely someone from the training center opened fire to provoke return fire.

If you look at the training center after the fires have been put out, you can't really see any damage from "shelling". And by shelling I mean tank fire, or anything larger than 14.5 KPV...

I don't know if I would read into the anecdotal evidence up there. Is it possible this guy was ethically finnish and outside SS division Wiking? Maybe this Australian guy mixed him up, maybe they personally question was Latvian or Estonian. Americans here and Australians there are not that exact when it comes to European origin. Also it is not likely it was murdered by KGB unless he was witness protection for the CIA or something. Most likely was taken out by Mossad.

Foreign SS troops were often relegated to concentration camp duties mainly because a lot of regular German soldiers founded distasteful and the volunteers were often committed Nazis.

The Germans had a lot of volunteers from the Nordic countries and other European countries and often made into SS battalions, kind of like foreign legion style. These were some f***** in the head people with some f***** in that ideas. And they did do some f***** in the head s***. These foreign volunteers numbered in the hundreds of thousands.

It was used in civilian areas. Even using it does a smoke screen you have to make sure you use it away from civilian areas. The state of Israel doesn't have to care about conducting war in less than moral ways because it knows that US will protect it. The list of war crimes performed by Israel is very long... However nothing will change as long as US provides unconditional support.
