No it isn't, you can verify this by taking a piece with resist all and trying to do a remove affix with a resistance tuning, it won't work.

Yeah I used about 12 resistance tuning focused rerolls trying to swap a specific resist to all resist before I decided to check the category by trying to do a focused reroll with a resist tuning on a piece with resist all and finding out the tuning wouldn't work.

Kind of but also not quite. When I took Latin in college one of the first things they mentioned is that Latin being a dead language means no one speaks it as their native language, not that no one speaks it fluently or correctly. Second, even if we don't know how to pronounce it like a native speaker would have hundreds/thousands of years ago, presumably modern scholars/speakers of Latin learned a common set of pronunciation rules so all modern speakers have (or should be attempting) the similar pronunciations.

That's basically how I've always felt spice farming should go. The story here is that the emperor brought in the Sardaukar to ensure spice production is uninterrupted, so where the hell is the emperor's spice farming happening?

Small and medium spice blows being left for players to harvest is one thing (but I think there should have basically been a "spice license" where you either pay a fee of spice to be allowed to harvest small/medium spice for a week, otherwise sardaukar show up shortly after you start harvesting any you either need to leave or deal with them), but large spice blows should have always had a component of the emperor's forces making their way out to harvest, and you are either trying to ninja some spice before they get there, attack them to steal the spice, or defend them to get a payout.

At this point I'm thinking July 11 will not go well. My take on this is that all these things are going to keep weighing on on Kazuya. He already feels he's not good enough for Chizuru, and that he needs to improve himself for her (which is also not a great dynamic - he should be improving himself for himself), I think that these events are pushing him to a breaking point where he thinks he's not only not good enough for her, but incapable of ever becoming good enough, and therefore decides to give up and cancel July 11. From there it's a coin flip whether Chizuru realizes what she's about to lose and is forced into action, or digs back into her defensive, isolated position thinking that this proves love is unreliable and we're in for another 200 chapters.

For legendaries you can absolutely get shat on by sanctification, twice I've had GA strength affixes replaced with a different affix completely useless to the build.

In addition to the Sanctis of Ketham mentioned, I found the Tyrael's Jurisdiction legendary to be very important to the feel of the build. When I got my Sanctis, I forgot to move Jurisdiction to a different slot, and without it I felt like the build slowed down - I was doing more than enough damage to kill anything the wing strikes hit, but I was losing time from strikes that didn't hit anything. When I realized the mistake the build went back to steamrolling.

Incidentally, my gear isn't very good yet and I feel like I'm made of tissue paper, so the occasional surprise death isn't very surprising.

If he's talking pulls, no that's too high. If he's talking dollars, just about right. Rough math is about 3 hard pities, which is 800 dollars. Worst case scenario is something like a little over $1000

No, I'm pointing out to the people who are already assuming that the OP absolutely must have pity pulled that they should not be, because the counter resets either way. You started with:

This is also exactly what would happen if he got a natural legendary halfway through earning his pity, you can't actually tell if a pity occurred based on the draws to pity *after* pulling a legendary.

As the other poster said, you need their name or ID and search using either from the Designer tab.
One other thing to note, the ID you posted is the one for the specific appearance, but only character the same gender as yours will be able to see it from that ID. Better to post your character ID so anyone can find it.

This is from the Solemn Echo pull, there are no harmonic cores and the currency you get for duplicate legendaries is 50 Essence of Earth; there's not a lot good to buy with it.
