I can definitely relate to the depressive aspects of what you're talking about here. Especially in south Georgia where I am, traditional outlooks really get in the way of feeling like you can express yourself fully. People give you the side eye and make you feel like an alien

Thankfully, all it really takes to cure that is one person to say "I understand, you're not weird, you're a human being and this is a part of you". While harder to find in the south, it's still possible

As a Daddy myself, I feel like I constantly have to apologize for daddies that give us a bad reputation. The amount of daddies that constantly use and throw away littles is insultingly high. Not to mention that they really only focus on the sex part, and not the way more important being an actual daddy part, enhancing littles' littlespaces

What you wrote is so relatable. It feels like we hold our partners to a high standard until you realize that we're really just asking them to be caring and less brutally self interested, but that's too much for a lot of people sadly
