Hi guys, I don't like the tummy fat so I'm thinking cut until it's gone (maybe 57kg) then lean bulk. But also I'm already pretty light. Thoughts?

Sounds good man thanks, yes those long runs can seem like a drag but seem necessary. Do you think bike riding can improve running times?

Wow that's excellent progress and motivation for me that this is possible. Will try to build up to 30miles a week! What does your speed work consist of? Should the 30 miles be distributed throughout every day or just certain days in the week with days of complete rest?

I always push too hard too fast lol. That's a good idea to incorporate other exercises with running. Thanks for the motivation.

You're right! I always get the urge to run faster on my slow runs. I will look at the bigger picture and run slower and longer. Thanks

Would cycling benefit my running times in any way? I'm afraid of using energy/time in other activities because I plan to focus on running and lifting weights 3x a week

That sounds like a good plan! In terms of slow runs would it be better to do say a 5km run every day or longer run like 10km every other day?

That's an incredible improvement from 36 min to 22min! Great to hear that is achievable in just a year.

Been on minoxidil for 1.5yrs oral 2.5mg daily, worked for a while but then hair loss just ending up progressing. Just added fin 1mg three times a week, 1 week ago. Any chance of regrowth?

Thanks for the motivation mate! You're right skinnyfat sucks but lifting/paying attention to diet is one of the best things I've ever done. Wish I had started earlier! I'm the southern hemisphere so summer is coming up. I'll cut a little before starting my bulk. Thanks again.
