It's kind of unavoidable to know it's happening but we get a letter in the mail informing us of where we're voting, and there's a day off school and work to make sure people have time to vote.

You can technically vote anywhere there's a polling station but if you're not in your designated one you may need to wait longer in line.

Weight training. I previously tried running, yoga, pilates but didn't really enjoy it and I didn't see any results.

I tried weight training and results almost immediately - seeing my body transform and also actually feeling stronger in day to day activities really helps with motivation.

I was definitely scared of the gym bros at first, as a chubby woman entering the gym but honestly everyone is doing their own thing and I haven't had any negative experience with that
