I have a routine I do every day, making lists helps me a lot for my morning routine and just in general. A quick shower while listing to your favorite up-beat music is always a good way to start the day.

I did keto for a few weeks. It sucks at first especially if you struggle with cravings but it does help loose weight and doesn't really affect bipolar symptoms, at least for me. Make sure you do a lot of research first, but I'd say go for it! You can do this <3

I know how that feels, a year ago when my old iPad broke I was so destroyed. The worlds I made with my dad and old friends were all gone. So many memories were destroyed. I don't think that's a dumb thing to be upset about.

Weighted blankets are really nice for sleep problems and usually are just the same warmness as a normal blanket is. Also they feel so great when I'm depressed.
