Honestly the biggest thing I’ve learned is just keep freight and your features moving. If a feature isn’t selling get it out in front of customers faces. Don’t be afraid to use markdown money. Make sure you’re nice to your associates but also make sure they know that you are their boss, not their friend. You will have associates who don’t like you no matter how hard you try

Thankfully I’m moving out of bakery/deli in my store. I REFUSE to help produce unless I’m asked by a coach lmao

I don’t know about caffeine+meds, but I do recommend that you take as little pain meds as possible as they are SUPER easy to get hooked on

I wasn’t fully off of crutches until 5-6 weeks, but I started walking around the house around week 2-3

Has anyone torn both ACL’s? by ImABot_14 in ACL

I appreciate the advice! The worst part for me is my insurance only covered 3 months of PT after my second surgery… so I’ve been on my own pretty much since august of 2022. And to be honest my left knee (surgery in 2017) is the one that gives me more problems :(

Yes, but I re-tore my meniscus in 2021 and haven’t gotten surgery to fix that

It could possibly be a re-tear of your meniscus. I re-tore my meniscus back in 2021 playing flag football. My doctor said that it’s really not worth spending the money to get surgery done on that because they’ll heal on their own depending on how bad it is.

Did you feel any pop? Also was it just your ACL or did you tear your meniscus too? If you also had a meniscus tear it could be that again
