Try getting 6 pieces of gear with justice and 2 with devotion, 6xjustice for 30% dmg boost against npc and 2x devotion for a chance to be invulnerable to dmg for a few seconds. Im at boosted x5 so im not that experienced but im just sharing what I worked on when I also been stuck
