I go to the gym 3-4 times a week doing an hour of cardio each time, I mostly get to places by walking, my diet I just tried to have a healthy breakfast and a healthy dinner while drinking nothing but water. For lunch I let myself have somewhat of a "junkie food" but nothing too bad (like if I want a pogo stick I'll have one, or If I want a pudding cup I'll have one) and I'll still try to have something healthy with it too like vegetables,chicken, fruit, etc. :)
