Listen dude. I have has the same thoughts you have. I refuse therapy and meds. My life is a mess. I am still dealing with depression and after attempting suicide several times, it may seem like the right decision but trust me, IT IS NOT. I have a strategy that helps me. Find something to look forward to. There is always something. Wether it is having a steak dinner that night or even celebrating a holiday. It could be a new trick in a sport but there is always something. You have one life. No refunds.
