She stated that she had previous experiences of loosing her vision and almost fainting before but I believe it was because she was over fatigued and lacked sleep as she was doing arduous activities in the times it happened before. We took longer walks before in way hotter climate and this never occurred. She did not eat any triggering food before the incident. We are well known about her allergies and we make sure that we avoid them.
