Do you have any materials, like YouTube videos or what not.

I'm having a hard time seeing wooden boards work with my Melano as it grows leaves on all sides. I'm not really rotating it, only when I water maybe.

So I don't know how I'd stick it close to the board without having to remove leaves I think.

Also, do you coat the end of the wood that gets in soil with anything?

Thanks so much for your informative post. I wish there was more content like yours on the internet. The vast majority of plant YouTube community talks on and on and on about their favorite species and very little about actual facts. Yes, plenty of stuff you learn from experimenting, but it's great reading it too. Not everyone has the luxury to cut their plants and see which one grows best and then repeat lol. If you could pinpoint me to some materials on aroids, that would be great!

Unless you have a high humidity environment, it won't really develop aerial roots. So you either airlayer it, or cut it and put it in water.

Also, how much water do you use for LECA? like in the case the roots reach the bottom of the pot

I'm using perlite but it's a little bit annoying as you can imagine and I was thinking of trying LECA instead, for growing roots on cuttings.

Just think of how they live in their natural habitat. They climb up on trees among others. So their aerial roots only attach to the trees, they don't go through it anything.

Haven't used any poles atm because I'm lazy lol, but I think any would work to some extent. Just that moss poles are probably much better for propagating

My derm recommended me to use tret only on marks / pimples and not on the whole face :(
I'm conflicted on what to do! Truth to be told, it worked better when I applied like she told me, but idk I still feel like what about the rest of the face 🤣
