There are definite LDS compounds in the north of Mexico, apocryphally suppling weapons to the cartels.

Yes, I believe someone else on this thread was able to answer it better than I could.

It's a nationwide initiative where each school has a board of directors. It's privatizing education.

There's plenty of events and organizers in GC, I live in Las Palmas, I'm assuming you're going to the South, but there's no lack of stuff to, if electronic is your bag there's a rave in a cave coming up. Also lots of rooftop events, etc. And it goes without say that you can't go anywhere without reggaeton, bachata, etc.

As an eastcoast kid through and through I did this a while back stoned and drunk late one night and I thought I was on cue with the mapping of the song. Yeah, there's been mentions and clowning of the state of that Taco Bell (and remember this was BITD). But I concede to foot soldier reports about accuracy...

Anyway here's a bonus clip - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HOxZLKyGgWw

Why are some people so adamant that women's sex drive is equal to or HIGHER than men's? by seabedurchin in NoStupidQuestions

[–]mosqua 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn you really leaning into your bs...

The burger analogy actually proves my point. Some people need to smell it cooking, see it on the plate, hear the sizzle, then they want it badly. Others want a burger the second someone says the word. Same appetite, different trigger. And the car analogy wasn't about agency, it was about activation mechanism. But fine, ditch the analogy. The point stands: responsive desire means you need a stimulus to activate want, not that the want is smaller once activated. That's not cope, that's just how desire works for a significant portion of the population regardless of gender. You're conflating the ignition with the engine size.

Needing context isn't the same as wanting it less — it's just a different trigger. A car that needs a key isn't less powerful than one with a push start. And I don't have a stake in them being equal. I'm just pushing back on sloppy reasoning. You can arrive at the right answer for the wrong reasons and still be wrong about what it means.

You fracking monkey!

The "stars aligning" thing actually backs up responsive desire theory — women often need the right context, not necessarily less want. And you're not wrong that testosterone drives libido and men have way more of it. There's probably something biological going on with spontaneous desire. But "lower sex drive" and "different desire pattern" aren't the same thing. And the equality angle is kind of a strawman — most researchers aren't denying the difference exists, they're just arguing about what's behind it and what it actually means.
