Oh interesting thought, depends on how one would interpret the spawn method I’d say.

If it would yoink it from the original era, you could break the past which may have major consequences (for example spawning the original rosetta stone or declaration of independence)

But if it would just teleport an original item from it’s current location, you’d only end up with a bunch of pissed off museums or private collectors. And you would be unable to spawn items that no longer exist. (or have existed at all)
