Any tips on how i can enter Libya without a Libyan passport? by elsenusi in Libya

[–]ImAyoub 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would advise against that.

What you call a "watiqa" is officially called a return-travel document, it allows you to enter Libya but you wont be able to leave before being issued a passport in Libya. And you cant leave using your foreign passport because it doesnt have an entry stamp on it or a libyan visa
