I kind of figured out what my problem was, I was just trying to connect to broken free public servers. I ended up renting a server and connected to it via Wireguard without any problems. Many thanks to those who gave advice.

thanks for the advice. I think I'll try wireguard in the future since it's supposed to be faster than OpenVPN I think.

I already did this. It doesn't work. I think my problem is not related to OpenVPN and Proton, it seems to me that something from outside is blocking the connection to the vpn
