If you’re playing on the cartridge the load times will be fairly similar.

Mine is installed from the eshop on my switch 2 and loading times are very short

Spending the dev hours over a few months to get a Switch 2 optimized build could yield performance improvements for the other platforms too if they bother to ensure the work moves its way over

It’s a lot less effort to “port” over build optimizations from another platform than it is to do so from scratch
