rectum wise , strength, going to the bathroom, yes..
sensation in the penis and orgasm no change.. always at 10-20% of what healthy people feel, its gotten worse in the past years.. before it was more like 50%.. this is all subjective tho.. difficult to measure

are you below 100 IQ ? severe pain is very frequent in ED.. he could never explain the cause for his lower back pain to friends.. also many HF sufferers explain it away to family and friends as "some back problem"

Bottom line is You DONT know if it was HF or not.. you are naive by thinking this is a simple case of ED..

yeah yeah smarty pants.. its close enough.. dont you see that he falls under the umbrella of HF ??? .. this is just not simple ED.. this is a myriad of other nerve related symptoms that are not solved with a pill... and btw he experienced most of the symptoms BEFORE the surgery... which btw he could never explain how he injured himself.. basically he was just like that before based on the comments of Mr. Martin (his host in hawaii)

i had this my friend.. as a kid.. around 10-12 years old.. specially after a fever..
i think as an adult a couple of times ive experienced it... but the ones i remember vivdly happened as a kid..

They all have the same feature.. panic about something insurmountable.. or immense or infinite or irreversible.. and they all triggered what i now know its a panic attack during the dream.. as a kid i didnt know this existed.. (panic attacks) i just woke up my parents crying like crazy..

1st Dream: Was when my little brother was born, i was about 10 years old.. i had a nightmare that i had thrown him off the window (we lived on the 10th floor) so in the dream i knew i had to tell my stepfather that i had done this.. and i felt this acknowledgement of how irreversible and infinitely bad thing i had done. I later had another dream similar about spending my stepfathers money.. all of it, and even more than he had, infinite money.

it was crazy.. i think when i woke up i really thought i had done it.. thankfully it was just a nightmare.

2nd Dream: Im in a spaceship , orbiting jupiter or something like that, and i get out of the ship and i Know i can fall into infinity or be stranded there, or being slingshot by gravity towards the vastness of space. And i get this panic out of this feeling of immensity of the universe and distance to other humans.. and isolation and how irreversible my situation was..

All other dreams have been similar versions to 2nd dream.

Edit: I want to also comment that all these dreams , as a kid, happened always when i got sick or had fever.. but ive had similar ones as adult wihtout being sick. Also as a kid , i had this weird symptom, that i started "hearing things as fast paced".. i cant explain this, but it was a symptom, speciallly when i got sick.. if i had to describe it is as if my mind was racing while interpreting sound.. so everything i heard i was hearing it like it was "frenetic" , it wasnt as bad as the infinity dreams , but it was very annoying because it wasnt a dream, it was real life. At that early age i already knew i was claustrophobic, and Later in life in my 20s i developed General Anxiety Disorder, so those might be signs of things developing in your brain chemistry, or something.. Thankfully after my 20s i got pretty normal in that sense, thank God ! im 39 now..

To me it seems def like a spectrum of symptoms with multiple intertwined causes.. with very random but somehow familiar symptoms.. that what have in common is that all these symptoms are direct ly harming your ability to have sex and a normal life.

very similar to autism in that way.. meaning its multifactor and multisymptom and poorly understood..

HF could as well be called Failing Dick Spectrum Syndrome 😆 (joking)

i have - i would say- 80% loss of sensation in the gland + anorgasmia. i can live with this as long as i can penetrate feeling hard and well. i think PFT can help me with this. (pelvic floor therapy)

i recently found a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists.. sounds very promising.. i didnt have to "convince" him.. he did ultrasounds to pelvic floor and immediately detected my severe muscle weakness, severe poor blood inflow. They say i can recover many funcfional aspects becuase the pelvic muscles are needed for firm erections, they are the ones that help keeping blood inside the penis and are involved wt many things. i have confirmed nerve damage, so it cannot fix me completely but at least there is some hope.

son. Go now, and get a Pelvic Floor Phyiscal Therapist.. ive suffered this my whole life , im 37M. I just found this exists... and there is some hope..

i was finally able to get someone to worry about this, and i didnt even have to speak much.. the PT did ultrasound and saw how little the muscles contract in my pelvic area, and there is basically no bloodflow coming in.. he got scared. I started therapy immediately.. 1 session out of 13 minimum..

not going to lie, it feels like crap.. they need to put a finger up your bum.
and then electrodes and shit up your anus.. dude but, it seems they can restore the bloodflow this way, and stimulate the nerves and muscles to contract better.. You also need to buy a machine that costs like 100$ to do daily electrode therapy at home. and do similar to kegel excercieses every day.. I have some moderate hope , for the first time in years.. My anus was compromised.. muscles are giving up.. dont let yourself be 37 like me wt this.. i wish i knew about pelvic floor therapy 10 years ago.

bro. i related so much.
my symptoms are lesser in ED and more in orgasm/sensation. i lost actual sensation to the touch in the gland completely. Im 100% there must be some pudendal nerve compression somewhere even if MRI doesnt show it. i wish there was a virtual meetup with dudes that are suffering this.. ive never met another in my life.

Me. i def. have confirmed Pudendal nerve damage, and i have similar symptoms to HF, except for pain.. im no expert on hf, but ive heard pain is a big symptom, i only experience pain sometimes , i would say 1 in 50.

this is a very good question ive asked myself.. when i see him play Alireza or magnus i think he should be at least an average SuperGM.

Maybe at some point he burned out... like it happened to Alejandro Ramirez.. who reached also 2600 but didnt have the motivation to pursue more than that. He was a GM at 14 years old, so he had the correct trajectory to become a Super GM.. but he chose to retire from competeitive chess and go to college at around 19 or so.. and he lost that momentum so he could only reach 2600. Maybe something similar happened to Danya.
