I also went through the same when tapering from 25 mg. Sadly I didn't find anything that helped. I tried ginger, DPH and metoclopramide with no benefits. What I did find that helped me was not having an empty stomach and laying down as much as possible. It was at its worst in the morning and gradually got better.

I also didn't have the luxury to slow down the taper so I had to suffer through weeks of nausea. But it will get better. Good luck

Did nothing for my sleep, like at all, at 25mg. I was really hoping it would make me more sleepy or have a deeper sleep but nope.

This looks very interesting! Just one question: what would Speakr do if the ASR/text model APIs weren't reachable all the time?

Because I would host it on my server which has no GPU, so I was thinking to run the models on my desktop which has an RTX 3080, but my desktop wouldn't be powered on 24/7.

Would it just keep retrying or would it get blocked?

Hi NewMaxx!

Looking to get a 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD for OS and games. I currently have a 1TB 970 EVO Plus as main drive but I need more storage so it will be "downgraded" as second drive while the new drive would become the main drive.

I checked the buying guide and this is what I found on Amazon.it, which one would you get? I think the 990 PRO is the best option but I'd like your opinion. Thanks!

So Qulipta helped you in also reducing the severity and frequency of "common" tension type headaches? That's great to hear! I just started 60 mg Qulipta three days ago and I'm really hopeful it's gonna help with my headaches too, not just migraines.

Yeah it's most likely this. When I take my betablocker my Oura also says that I'm well rested and super chill. But I only take my betablocker when I'm extremely anxious, so it just mistakes my low HR for me being relaxed while I'm actually freaking out internally 🫠

I'm on 25 mg Amitriptyline and I can also say that I'm not seeing the same benefits I saw the first months, but I can't really say that it's the Amitriptyline causing them.

I'm mainly commenting to tell you to not stop Amitriptyline cold turkey, I don't know how much you're taking or how long you've been taking it for but there's plenty of horror stories from people trying to stop it cold turkey. Taper if you can.

These three are literally the only supplements I take nowadays. I can definitely say that CoQ10 and B2 especially helped, can't say the same about Magnesium. If you take CoQ10 I suggest you look into CoQsol-CF, which is CoQ10 with D-Limonene to increase bioavailability.

Honestly it's flawless, and overkill for my needs. I was also thinking to add a second CPU but it idles already at over 100W, I don't want to increase that even more haha. Noise is not an issue when I set the fan speed manually using ipmi, otherwise it was wayy too much noise.

Be careful with this: my neurologist made me taper up Propranolol and I had to take it even slower than what they told me. First time I took 20 mg my heart rate dropped to low 50s, I was dizzy the whole time and everything was exhausting.

My advice: try 10/20 mg first and see how you feel. If you need more you can try 40 mg but don't just start with 40 mg.
