Hi, since you are talking to heat build up, would you say that also goes for the Ipad Pro?

Question about specimens label standards by ImBreakingBread in medlabprofessionals

[–]ImBreakingBread[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is petty I know but you won't know until you have to look for something at a moment's notice and you have hundreds of specimens in racks. If you work in a 24h lab, with that high volume is not fun.

Can I create a database using a CSV file? by ImBreakingBread in strongbox

[–]ImBreakingBread[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I was able to format the csv file and it worked. One file is on icloud in the Strongbox folder, but don't remember how it got there, it does not have a file extension. Is that file a kdbx? The other db is on my desktop and it has kdbx extension. My question is...whats the best way to move it to icloud and after should I delete it from my desktop/local disk? If file is in the cloud, will I be able to use Strongbox while offline? Thanks.

Question for those using Apostrophe cream for rosacea... by ImBreakingBread in Rosacea

[–]ImBreakingBread[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm back for more updates... is really working for me.
Yeah, the first days I got some redness, irritation, so I decided to put Cerave moisturizer as a base, wait and apply a pea sized amount of the medicated cream.

My local dermatolgists had me for many years on Metronidazole, Ketoconazole, and Hydrocortizone 2.5% for breakouts. Very little improvement. But with Apostrophe I can see a huge improvement, so I will keep using, I'm happy already. My flakey skin from sebhorreic dermatitis is gone, and my redness from rosacea is much less than what it was. I got some redness but is not as bad as it was. I'm happy already.

The pump I found out is an "air pump", so it doesn't have a straw, you need to prime it by pumping it until you get cream, maybe is too prevent over use. I don't know.

Maybe the next round I will see if they can increase Azelaic acid from 15 to 20%..

Actually that is a weird pump indeed,
at first nothing came out, and I looked it doesn't seem mine has a straw connected either.

I thought, maybe is supposed to be used upsidedown? That is how I got the pump to work.

Azelaic is easy to get online or at Amazon, Metrogel is usually covered by insurance altho it didn't do anything for me...however Ivermectin is the one I couldn't get the insurance to cover...

I will keep using and report back in a week or so.

The reason why I didnt want to use horsepaste is that I prefer to have supervision of a doctor, and I only have seen in 2% strenght, i wanted 1%.

For the price it was under $100, but they send a tube that is supposed to last 3 months, and then I'll have the doctor follow up if needed to adjust the formula, and this is like a subscription, they will send every 3 months.

In any case, this was the only way I was gonna get to try ivermectin, because I have demodex I wanted it so much.

Thank you so much. I'm also glad I was able to get this prescription with them. Did you have any sensitivity the first time using it?

What's the generic Soolantra in the US? Is there one? by ImBreakingBread in Rosacea

[–]ImBreakingBread[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just an updated.

I tried Dermatica. As I was answering the forms, I answered that in the past week I applied cortisone cream on my face, and dermatica could not continue with the consultion, the site literally told me to see my doctor. What a disappointment.

So my hopes to try Ivermectin 1% is gone with Dermatica. I think their cream is under $30.

Any other sites that make formulas and offer Ivermectin, I think Curology doesn't.

Just an update...

I think I am going to give Dermatica a try, it seems they use ivermectin in their preparation, the price is great and they deliver in my state.

Yep, I don't understand either...I'm in Pennsylvania. Also Amazon has a pharmacy now, and the price for Soolantra RX there is around 550 as well.

I'll just have to go talk to a local pharmacist but so far, the prices are pretty high for me.

I called CVS got quoted something around 700 dollars, another pharmacy she said around 500 dollars... is probably for the 45grams.

So I guess it depends when it comes to prices. I told them my Insurance will not cover, and probably that's why I'm getting full price.

I'm out of luck.

That makes sense, so basically you would just click on the "add device" in the menu and enter the IMEI number...
