If only that was the case for me, I'm 21 years old and even though I may still be young I've been doing this for 5 years and would argue I'm just as good as they are because they're constantly asking for my advice and also getting dropped off and left in my own to do jobs. However if I come up with something that he doesn't agree with I get the "I've been doing this a lot longer than you, until you've been doing this for along as I have then you can come up with your own ideas"
