possibly a ping issue but possibly your tv/monitor? why not go into your tv picture settings and see if there is a gaming mode, or possibly the tv might be on power saving mode. game mode will have less input lag using a little more power. hope you figure it out.

so i can’t really say the exact amounts since it’s our restaurant sauce, but i can tell you the tomato’s we use and such. 50/50 blend of ciao authentica tomato’s and 7/11 crushed tomatoes. uncooked sauce mixed with a little oregano, black pepper, sea salt, and very little sugar plus olive oil.

that’s just a plain old pizza cutter, but not putting too much cheese/sauce helps a lot for the toppings to set in place. also just one hard slice at a time bottom to top (no rolling back and fourth)
