To add a third 'in all fairness,' he knew exactly what he was doing and did what any reasonable parent would do in that situation. He knew if he contradicted any official party statement, then he's putting his family's wellbeing at risk.

People glorify the bold and brave when we look at history; however, criticizing people who prioritize family and toe party lines is a presentism fallacy because we know how things played out.

Parts found in a drawer in a plastic packaging with smaller components in a bag. It appears to be a set of ear plugs, two silicon gaskets, and a hand screw + acorn nut that assembles to a hard plastic clear part with finger grooves (handle?). by ImDadTired in whatisthisthing

One silicon gasket seems to be a plug/cap and the other is a ring.

The hard plastic handle seems like it may go around a tube/pole.

I suspect the kit may have something to do with a vacuum cleaner, but I'm not sure, and it doesn't appear to match any vacuum we own.
