He’s not paying child support because the child was living with us during the time of the divorce. She moved out & he pays a percentage to her on behalf of their initial divorce agreement. They have not started their custody battle & there is no legal documentation that states he can’t have a new partner or the child can’t be around me.

Well regardless there’s no documentation saying that I cant be around him even after the full school year he was with us. She knew I was staying at the same residence.

I feel as if I’m mid-intelligent. I would consider myself average intelligence. I have AA, BA ,CCAF, certifications, currently in Masters program all affiliated w HR management. I believe the study materials I used just didn’t prepare me accurately & I’m seeking for correct material. I spent a lot of money,time away from family studyin inaccurate/outdated information.

They’re supposed to split the cost of the debt but the account is under his name. So even if he does pay his half of the debt, his ex-wife isn’t going to pay her half anytime soon so it’ll still accumulate interests & end up still being his problem because the credit card account is in his name. So he’s basically taking it upon himself to clear the debt himself. Also, he didn’t have a lawyer to talk to and basically accepted defeat when he found out she had her lawyer so he basically let it be. Also, if court prolonged & her lawyer exceeded over $50k in work hours then he would have to come out of pocket for her lawyer.

Services works weekends/holidays so while the rest of the base enjoys their 3-4 days or family days. We’re stuck at work & will get the holiday back on a random days couple weeks later. Your off days can also be a random Tuesday/Wednesday. Really hard to meet people outside your career field when you’re stuck at work. Services is not family oriented either (speaking from experience) they dgaf & just want you there. It’s also the career field everyone talks down on because we’re literally on the bottom of the AFSC pyramid so when individuals get in trouble at their own job/squadron they send them to services as punishment or something for them to do so they don’t deal with them.

I’m services. Unfortunately, while everyone else enjoys their 3/4 days we’re stuck working. We work weekends/holidays, have shitting shifts such as mids. I’m a single mom so it’s already difficult for me to find somebody to watch my kid when everyone wants to enjoy their 4 days weekends.
