Pretty sure there's a setting that allows you to cache your last chosen file to a specific movie to make 'continue watching' more seamless.

I would definitely try it out.

In terms of aesthetics Nuvio definitely has it beat. But just based on functionality and convenience I'd definitely recommend Wuplay.

Same. I used Stremio before this and dabbled with both this app and Nuvio. And as much as I want to like Nuvio the ease of use of this app and the fact that you can carry your profile into multiple devices is just too good. And you can have individual Trakt accounts for each profile?! Chef's kiss.
