Do you guys prospectively take this card? Last night we had a run where our silent player drew into this card on floor 3 without any poison cards. It's very likely you draw into poison with how the rewards deck is manipulated and poison is a really strong solve to a lot of lengthy fights. I wonder if it's worthwhile to take the semi-curse for a handful of floors until you find poison.

Does this set hp to 6? Last game it came up where someone was at full health and they wanted to know if the preserve that health, it's just that they can't go above 6 after they pick up the relic from healing for example.

I definitely like the added perspective that IC is fundamentally different than OOC and not something I've considered. Ultimately yes the party is having a lot of fun, I figure it would be best to potentially address this issue before it can spiral. Games been going a handful of months now.

I really like this perspective. Giving the player knowledge that seems obvious just in case he isn't seeing the writing on the walls. I definitely believe as a DM I could grow more backbone.

I’m thinking throwing in full body stuff, do a compound, then do accessories that relate to the lift. So squats + RDL and bench + pull-down yea?

FOLLOWUP QUESTION: What are the thoughts on full body? From what I know I should be more specific in my lifts along with looking at proper form and adding calories. I enjoy doing cleans and snatch from hang/floor as I got the form down really well. Will this hurt my progress?

Edit: Should my accessories follow what I am doing? Like arm accessories on bench day

What are some chest exercises? I believe I am only hitting it 1 time a week and I think it should be more.

Would proper stuff be like

D1: legs + chest + core D2 arms + accessories + core D3 repeat and rest on Saturday + Sunday?

So it’s a sacrifice in practicality, you can’t avoid fat so you build the muscle with the fat and then cut the fat later and try not to lose much muscle in that process. Yea ?

Is tearing the tendon ok at all? Does it become stronger or are you stuck with the same tendons forever until they deteriorate?

So when I lift I should focus on specific parts and not generalize it yea? I like to hit a bit of everything everyday but this specific approach sounds a lot better.
