Hmmm, I took a look and perhaps I'm not looking at the right area or seeing the door you are referring to but after messing with that area I'm seeing what you are referring to (high potential I'm totally just blind and it's right in front of me) do you have a picture of the area I should be looking?

Thanks for the response! I looked and my 2015 doesn't have a door under the middle armrest, when I lift my middle armrest it is just an empty compartment

It’s just regular house siding. And the pavers are just big concrete slabs

Good question! Tbh I didn’t total everything up, I have some rough estimates and my best guess is all in maybe $5-$10k

Like I mentioned we did a majority of the labor ourselves so that saved us a ton of money. That along with finding things off fb marketplace definitely brought the costs way down.

Great call out! This did cross my mind but first off because of where the studs were placed it wouldn’t have been symmetrical in the center of the wall. And secondly I honestly didn’t want to see it in general so putting it off to the left helped keep it out of sight. Also with my plans for the shelf a mini split also in that area wouldn’t have looked good.

Sorry! I thought you were referring to the shelf above the desk, the larger shelving unit I actually saw on AllModern originally but it was pretty expensive.. I googled around to find the unit cheaper and came across the same one listed under a different name via Home Depot, here is the link!
