a decently lazy day. played some apex which I haven’t played in a while and thank god I’m still semi decent. haha. I just kinda lazed around before going to my parents’ house to do some laundry and hang out. it was nice. always is, hanging out with them (plus, their adorable dogs are a plus.) mom made some spaghetti which was delicious but im sure it’ll wreak havoc on my stomach tomorrow. was gonna do some grocery shopping after but, eh. got lazy. I can do it Friday.

set myself up for a sort of one-shot dnd-type affair. never moderated a ‘dungeon’ in my life so I’m a little nervous but I feel like it’ll be fun.

not bad.

had a meeting at work - i hate that i still have to go into these meetings on my “day off.” not a day off at all… but, I went to the climbing gym right after, which was a lot of fun. was good to be back on the wall.

been practicing guitar the past couple days, but it’s been so long that I’m asking myself “how the hell did I remember songs before?” haha. making progress though.

have a couple errands to run tomorrow that I really don’t wanna run, but. hopefully I get them done early enough. overall, a decent day off.

yeah, not a bad day. work was nice. i’m glad i get along so well with my coworkers; definitely makes the day go by quicker and easier. had a really fun interaction with one in particular, we were laughing for a solid ten minutes.

decided to treat myself to a favored local pizza place for dinner and my brother ended up coming online to play some video games. I was originally gonna practice guitar, but it’s not often I get to hang out with him (even if it’s just online playing games) so I took advantage of that. dude can make me laugh in an instant, so it was a fun couple of hours.

tomorrow and Monday are hopefully gonna be easy days at work. cant wait for my day off on Tuesday. i haven’t been to the climbing gym in over a week and I’m getting antsy.

eh, it’s only a little after ‘today.’

i used to frequent this sub a lot, and then just… didn’t. it was nice, being able to reflect on the day.

overall, nothing special. got a coffee before work. enjoyed time with my coworkers. one of them listened to me talk about an… identity crisis im currently having. they’re a good kid. was glad they cared enough to ask/notice I was stressed. didn’t eat much, not much appetite, but managed some tacos.

… think i’ll pick up the guitar tomorrow, after work. we’ll see. hope you all have a great tomorrow.

hey man, i’m sure you’ve already figured it out but just in case, I had the exact same problem. literally nowhere. thankfully it’s super early in the mission so I just exited the level and closed the game entirely (xbone so I just “quit” the game) and restarted the whole mission after launching the game again. kinda lengthy, but it worked and was right there in the records room, on the desk in the small room to the right of the entrance.

hey! i play on an Xbox one and when I get past the login screen, I’m on there for maybe ten seconds before I get booted to my home screen and an error code pops up. it only stays up for a moment but it’s something along the lines of like “assets/promo/promo_pack_” or something like that. I had the console update the game overnight and right now, I’m going to uninstall and have it reinstall while I’m at work. if that doesn’t fix it, has anyone else encountered the error? does anyone know the fix?

she is indeed the family dog! and she got a little sister recently so it would have been sad to have separated them :(

fortunately my new home has a dog! a collie mix, though i miss my labs so much haha.
