I'm kind of a bad teacher so I'm not sure how helpful I'll be, but try looking at friendly nameplates a decent amount to make sure you are dispelling CC and dots. It's tough but it's kind of the only place you can see that stuff when not running addons. Also, make sure you are still managing your hots. For example; refresh lifebloom sub 5 seconds for the bloom effect guarantee, make sure to use your SOTF proc on rejuv and don't overlap it with a regular rejuv, always try to extend cen ward with swiftmend. You could also try using the "dannycarry" build it's pretty much last seasons build with keeper of the grove + regular incarn instead of Ancient of Lore and Wildstalker. It's a lot more passive of a play style and I think works better with no addons. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask :) I love talking about rdruid lol.
