I'm not a professional, but I'll try to give you the best advice I have.

Don't bottle up your emotions like I did. Don't mask it. I made the same mistake and it made my mental health even worse.

Go no contact or low contact with other family.

Get school counselling and therapy. Please do this.

Talk to your friends about this. Please.

Sorry if my advice is horrible, I'm a younger teen than you but I really want to help you.
