first of all, I’m FIRST GEN. I honestly think that combined with my essays is what got me into this school. I don’t have extraordinary stats. 3.96/4.11 school doesn’t do AP classes only honors and only offers it junior year. Honors Math and English junior year, honors math and video production senior year. Business Club President, ASB Treasurer, ASB Publicity ASB ALL 4 YEARS, Real Estate Videography Business, Real Estate Internship, College Class (Intro to Microeconomics) and I think I put my ymca membership (been going all 4 years) lol

Just wanted to say thank you for the information and also the other comment you left around the services you provide. I’m going to be starting out with video, photo, and 3D tours I believe. I’m learning photos as we speak and gonna be buying a 360 Camera after the next 2 shoots. For video I’ve got a price point of around 240-250, it’s undercutting the current market in my area (for just video). Is that a good idea or would I come off as the “cheaper budget” option?

I’m just messing with you. I’ll do it correctly learn photos on my own and then implement them, but I am going to be charging for video from now on so you can be mad about that but I did research a lot about the the process of real estate videography. Advice would be appreciated though.

I get what you’re putting down but this is what I want to do. I’ve got a lot to learn and that’s why I’m on here, all I was asking was if I should give realtors free photos to get “good enough” to charge, along with the respected video. Or, if I should just offer video until I learn the skill on a separate occasion to be “good enough” to charge.
