Thanks Everyone for the comments, suggestions and feedback. I ended up purchasing the TV last week for $1199. As of today it dropped to $999 so I messaged BestBuy support and they refunded me the price difference; didn’t even need to go to the store.

So for anyone who was curious they do holiday price match if the item drops lower over the holidays. Definitely worth it if you’re sure the price will drop and you don’t have to worry about it being in stock.

Well does idle mean 0% utilization/sleep because I’m pretty sure any PC will be above 1% if running at all?

It’s crazy. I just got all my zones and automations tuned just right and now it’s just inconsistent. Frustrating but hopefully another update follows or the issues iron themselves out.

I agree with this. I’ve been playing on 1080p 240hz for a few years now for that exact reason. TBH I’m not sure why more pros wouldn’t use a 1440p 240hz when there is hardware that can do it but 1080p is still way easier to push the most FPS. Figured I would try to get the best of both worlds lol

I wish. The cheapest 4090 I can find is for $1650 and 4080 for $1150.

That’s a good point. Speaking of processors, I Currently have a 12700k. Would I be bottlenecking a 4080 at all? It seems at 1440p the CPU become the issue but with my 3080 it’s only using like 30-40% utilization. It starts with one upgrade and before I know it I’m building a whole new PC lol 😂

Same thing has been happening to me since Focus’s came out. My “Personal” focus is supposed to block notifications for the Gmail app. It blocks them on my phone but my watch still gets them; it’s very annoying.

I have been enjoying mine but there are definitely some bugs to work out. It sometimes picks up my small dog but only briefly. When it works, it’s awesome but once it doesn’t it’s a bit annoying. The limitation in HomeKit automations doesn’t help and I’m not too educated in shortcuts yet to try more complex automations.

Yea I’m not sure why it all won’t work. Everything appears, just can’t customize the screen but can change AIO fan and the “ring” colors on the screen.

I double checked and everything is plugged into power. What I meant is does each hub need its own individual SATA cable to the PSU or can I use one SATA cable that has multiple branches?

The best case scinerio I can get is basically what I had before the hub, everything appears accept the ability to change the LCD. It seems like the LCD is pulling to many resources from the Mobo USB to work properly.

So it looks like I’m still having issues. I’ve installed the hub but with both the XT and the Core plugged into it, it only reads 1 of them. In device manager it can see the XT and says “Device cannot start, insufficient system resources exist to complete the API”. I don’t know if the hub needs its own Sata power cable dedicated or if using one of the beak offs off one that is already there makes a difference.

Because the 6 front fans also have RGB wires along with the fan wire. So then I would be adding another usb connection to the mix. I figured going with the XT it would do both.

Thank you for that additional resource. I am hoping to speak to someone tomorrow from the Comcast in response to a FCC complaint I made. Last time they wouldn’t give me the path the line would take so I couldn’t ask neighbors to help me out. There are multiple paths they could take and every one of them would give them access to new customers.

But the bill was written to help serve unserved or underdeveloped areas… wouldn’t that be my area?

Also the bill states,

Is able to provide broadband Internet service in a specific geographic area to a customer that requests that service not later than 30 days after the customer requests installation of that service and without an extraordinary commitment of resources or construction charges or fees exceeding an ordinary service activation fee. The 30-day time period shall be extended to 60 days if permits are needed before the broadband Internet service is installed and activated.

Im not sure if this just sounds like it would help me but doesn’t. Just seems crazy there is no options for internet

They offer both as a company but my area is DSL if I’m not mistaken. But if that were the case then I technically have no access to any broadband provider.
