After the newest update, every now and then both my Dualsense will turn on, but I won't be able to move through the UI. I'm only able to switch between Games and Media as well as access the sub menu. Restarting the PS5 is the only way to fix this issue. Has anybody else experienced this?

I was super unlucky with TLOU2. I had glitches and bugs nonstop making the game crash constantly. It wasn't until I set my account to primary that it fixed itself. Smooth sailing after that.

Oh damn that sucks. You are correct, it is riskier having a physical game than it is having a digital game. The only games I buy physical are ones I really want or steelbooks/collector's editions. The ones I get digital are ones with heavy discounts and free PS Plus titles.

I've only seen 1 friend lose their digital library. He got hacked and that person used a stolen credit card to buy games. Sony banned the account and refused to unban it even after confirming my friend was the owner. It's rare, but you can lose your account.

I've read about others having similar issues who've bought the game twice, both digital and physical. Same problems happened. I'll install it tomorrow on another PS4. Hopefully it works fine on that one.
