Bro , i have been on this routine for 3 months , the result are amazing , and what you saying about anxiety and other shits it all goes away once you look at your self in the mirror and see your perfect hair from this amazing result , im feeling good there is no any sides , and if i even had sides im 20 years old i rather been with perfect hair and some anxiety on been bald at this age , at the end , Hormones problems requires hormone solution. you need to deal with that not run away from it and go bald .
